Individual Counseling
It takes a lot of courage and strength to recognize that life is challenging and admit "I can't keep living this way." I am here to support you in changing your life and finding yourself. Together, we will work to discover the “you” behind your actions by exploring what it means to be "you". In a safe environment, we will engaging with parts of yourself that are challenging, and find ways to express the authentic you. couples Counseling
Relationships are never one-sided. Each member has their own perspective and understanding of the world. My goal in couples counseling is for each of you to gain greater insight into each other's views and strengthen the foundations of your relationships. I aim to provide everyone a better understanding of themselves, each other, and the relationship as a whole.

Group Counseling
Groups highlight relationships and connecting with others. In the group setting, we will strive toward greater self-awareness, embrace our own uniqueness, learn adaptive behaviors, and build relationships by developing new ways of relating to people. I encourage mindful emotions, being in the here-and-now, and strengthening interpersonal relationships through respect and compassion.

Payments and Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service. Most major credit cards, health savings accounts (HSA), and checks are accepted.

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, a superbill can be provided at the end of the month.
cancelation policy
All sessions must be cancelled 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Failure to due so will result in the charge of the full session fee. New appointments cannot be made until the no show/ cancellation fee has been paid or arrangements have been made.
